How does the Freedom Month travel voucher work?
Book an eligible MANA home by 31 August 2026. Once the booking formalities are complete, including KYC, the minimum collection, and the Agreement of Sale registered within the stipulated period, the voucher is issued during November 2026. Eligibility and redemption terms apply.
Is the lucky draw the same thing as the voucher?
No, and they are deliberately kept separate. The travel voucher goes to every eligible Freedom Month homebuyer. The Tanishq, Royal Enfield and home makeover prizes are a separate draw among eligible bookings, so the voucher does not depend on winning anything.
Which towers do the payment plans apply to?
Plans are tower and unit specific, not project wide. They are limited-period schemes on select inventory and may be withdrawn. The project team confirms the exact schedule for your unit in writing before you commit.
Are these projects RERA-registered?
Yes. Every project on this page is RERA-registered and each registration number is listed in the footer, verifiable at the Karnataka RERA portal.
Does it cost anything to enquire?
Nothing, and there is no broker chain. Your details go directly to the relevant MANA project team, who handle the conversation from there.
